Help AGAIN Empty

Okay, I have a problem with call of duty 1 AGAIN. After one map, the game says it needs to be ended and asks to press send or don't send to Microsoft. If I press send, it cod closes. Same with If I press don't send. Also, side note: When I install CoD, every time at the end it says there's a file missing, but the game still installs. Any help someone?

Sounds like somethings messed up in the reg. Be like me, whenever theres something wrong I just destroy everything, lol. If you want everything all nice and shiny and factory-new just reformat! Back before I got this invincible internet virus, I did a reformat every other week, because I don't have real important crap on here...
