howd you guys learn how to make signatures and stuff?
ive been messing with gimp but i just dont understand how to make a background
can anyone explain how they learned to make sigs?

I took a yearbook class in 8th grade, and we used photoshop elements. The teacher liked my... artistic side and placed me as Editor-in-Chief. Basically, I finalized all the pages in the yearbook. I had admin control over all 30-something computers (so I could control them, lock them, etc.)

Anyway. I am now in 11th grade and I'm still using photoshop. I don't use it only for signatures and avatars, but also for portraits of people, nature - basically I photograph stuff and fix it up in photoshop.

I'm trying to open up a small photography studio hopefully by the end of this summer or by next summer. idk...
