If you're using a wireless connection, that could most likely be the reason for high ping, try using a direct connection to the internet.

i cant right now i need to go buy a longer connection ethernet wire and i am to lazy lol there no other way?

I live in Canada myself and server stations are set up throughout my city so here in Prince George it doesn't affect your ping being far away from one. Wireless gaming in my opinion is garbage.
