no more call of duty Empty

i cant play call of duty anymore because everytime i open multiplayer it says 'program not responding'
and when i try to play single player says could not register shell shock 'default' -- see console.
what should i do

have you tried reinstalling? that fixes a lot of problems.

server cache doesnt fix all problems. but alot of them yes lol. reinstalling should work. if not, sounds like something might be blocking it.

I had that same problem before my old computer crashed. So maybe your computer is going to give out and crash. Im not sure dont have that much experience with computers. Scratch
