When i get the 1.5 patch again what do i have to do to make it work so i can use both 1.3 and 1.5? rename it? move file? what...?

1. copy call of duty folder
2. name one CoD 1.3, name the other CoD 1.5
3. install 1.5 patch in CoD 1.5 folder.
4. finish
