Earthquake and Tsunami victims

Thoughts and prayers for everyone affected by, The earthquake that struck off the coast of north-east Japan, damaging buildings and sending a tsunami crashing on to coastal areas.

May God be with the people who are in the path of the resulting tsunami's

I heard about this, this morning when i woke up, it is terrible and my they are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Yeah, I was really surprised...definitely gonna be in my prayers in church tonight. I also just read that the earthquake reached part of California too....pretty crazy.

yeah, its tragic, the tsunami will probably hit california soon if it hasnt already and if it hits or has hit california then it'll hit or already has hit hawaii, tragic for the 2 states and the Japan

I hope when it hits California that it doesn't hit hard enough to reach the Central Valley where I live. I live in a freakin bowl for Pete's sake...

I used to live in a bowl out there, i miss but yeah, last I heard it's supposed to hit coastal areas, pending on the momentum, speed and size of it, there's a possibility of it reaching inland =\

ummm rom my grandma is like somewhere close to japan so uh unluckytime to go but you wont have it too bad(we hope). and no strong no he wont die so no you cant have his computer.

Hope for the best in Japan... hopefully the US will spend more time trying to help out these fella's than all that non-sense in Libya! :-/

Not to turn this into politics, but maybe the US should leave well enough alone and worry about itself first. Did Japan help the US when Katrina hit?

@ romo after World War II MacArthur set it up that we were meant to come to the aide of Japan at anytime as long as they asked us to and with two nuclear reactors on the verge of melting down out there I have a real good feeling we will be going to help very soon.

@Cwian I have confirmation for you, a BG (Brigadier General) came to talk to all the units at my reserve station today, and he said we will probably end up going to Japan throughout FY 11 (Fiscal Year 11) the Fiscal Year starts in October, so on October first it will be FY 11, but yeah thats we were told by a 1 star as of today and he go his info from a 2 star who in charge of my entire brigade
