Yes i know this, but they would obviously not give a kid an AK, maybe a low powered pistol or revolver, but not an automatic weapon that he can damage theirs and other peoples property with severely.

1.) Automatic weapons are illegal in the U.S (unless you have authorization)

2.) Unless his parents know how to convert a semi-automatic configuration in a rifle like that to automatic, there's no problem, it will remain semi-automatic

3.) AK-47's are military weapons, not civilian ones, chances are it's not an AK-47, might have the body style of an AK, but it's probably a cheap mock of it

4.) It certainly won't fire the 7.62 round for the reason:

1.) The 7.62 is a military grade round and is extremely hard to get as a civilian

therefore the amount of recoil, accuracy, and destruction of the round are changed dramatically from the 7.62 round

dammit vix...lol, sorry arti...but still there should be a civilian version of it, like the 5.56 is = to the .223...but what's the point of using a 7.62 on a squirrel, there probably wouldn't be much left of it...
