| Well some of my friends are moving away due to college, and the way we are going to stay in touch is gonna be by playing Terraria and Minecraft together.
Now the questions is, which one is better? Obviously skype is free which is an advantage, but I like ventrilo more due to the fact that you can have private rooms within the server and you can tune the volume of individual players to mtach the needs of every mic.
So what is your guys' opinion on this? | |

So what is your guys' opinion on this? Skype all the way.. I don't think Ventrilo has any options for Video chat.. so that's one huge plus. Plus if you have decent internet, Skype runs great.. and you can tweak the system settings.. like volume, etc.. & I'm pretty sure you can have group chats (like vent.. except including video) for a small extra fee.. I use it to keep up with my girlfriend.. and it works great. | |

I will once we get our servers running <3 And we don't need Video Chat Mo~ just voice chat, so we stuck with Vent, thanks for your points though =) | |
