PostSubject: Happy Thanksgiving   Thu Nov 24, 2011 8:45 pm

I hope you all had a smashing and filling Thanksgiving, I know I did Smile

Also I thought I would share this with you guys (those of you who are on my Facebook may have seen this already)

We (me and my family and the farm) are self sufficient, we raise a good portion of the stuff we need, anyways my dad under took the raising of the turkeys, which he duly did one in yesterday for our meal today. Anyways, our Turkey was 41lb all on it's own. Which resulted in about a 13hrs cook time and me making a mad last minute dash to Walmart last night for a bigger roasting pan..lol

Anyways, I will share the picture and the caption I put with it on my Facebook Smile

"Houston... We have a problem... A 41lb one! We might need a bigger oven.. we definitely need a bigger pan.. — in Ashfield, Massachusetts."

Anyways, that's my thanksgiving story for this year Big Grin
You guys feel free to share yours!

Thank you all for making Ownt what is is today!
