Alright..... I wanted to play my game "MX vs. ATV Unleashed" today and everything runs fine on start up and in the menus but when it starts to load a map for me to play on it say that the game has stopped working and closes the program. I dont know what causes it.

Try running the game in Windows XP compatibility mode.

I'm on my iPhone now, but I think it's a right click and run in compatibility mode or go to properties>advanced.

I'm pretty sure for Windows 7 it's like Romanian said, as I still use Windows XP, I'm not exactly sure where it is for Windows 7.

It could be the graphics card then. Seeing as you have a onboard one I can see this as being a problem, or it could even be the CPU having multiple cores that it doesn't like.

No, 4GB is enough for pretty much every game ever made.

You can look up a tutorial for letting older games only use a single core of your multicore system, this might work.

graphics card. i dont think that your onboard video will support the game. you might have to get a video card. if you have one laying around, you could put it into your machine (if you have a desktop) and try it. could possibily be that you have multiple cores, but i kinda doubt it. if you can get your hand on a video card to test it might solve your problem.

try a video card.

The game came out in 2006, so the issue of having a multicore processor is highly likely compared to the graphics card issue. As much as I hate onboard cards some of them do have the power to run some newer programs and games. As he is running Windows 7 Premium, it is to be expected that his onboard card has to have enough power to run the OS and some of its features. Another thing is the game could very well possibly not be Windows 7 compatible. To see for myself I downloaded the game onto my netbook and it played without problems on its onboard graphics card, the netbook itself just barely meets the games minimum requirements. So again having a multicore processor seems to be the most likely reason for it not to work.
