Display Driver

Usually I'm fairly decent at trouble shooting computer problems, every now and then when turning my computer on from standby, hibernate, or sleep (one of those, not sure which one) my screen will go black for a few seconds, and come back on, and i'll see an error message on my screen saying "display driver has crashed and recovered" or something stupid like that, all i know is my display driver keeps crashing and idk why, i went to update the driver but windows says its already up to date..any ideas?

uninstall it and reinstall it see if that helps
