I normally use these perks:

1. Bandolier
2. Stopping Power
3. Deep Impact or Steady Aim

Exactly what I use, except I don't have bandolier yet..

Lmao it doesn't run that badly with that resolution and low settings. I'd rather have less lag and low graphics than unplayable lag and high graphics.

@DeV it's hard for me to get a positive score a lot of the time, too lol..how much fps do you get while playing?

i get 25 fps in cod4... and if anyone so much as breathes on my computer. it drops to 4.

Your video graphics card is bottlenecking your whole system. I hate it when manufacturers do that... they say "OMG!!! 4GB RAM!!! i5 processor!!!! half a TB of hard drive space!!!" then they 'forget' to tell you one of the parts are crappy.
