OK upon further checking , his membership was to go to a vote , and seems to have slipped though the cracks.
But our major concern was the issue of quick scoping.

French if you read the rules, to us QUICK SCOPING is a glitch or hack , and is not allowed on any of Ownt servers.
Because this did fall though the cracks , and not go to a vote , i will let the rest of the members decide if we proceed with the app.

Quickscoping on CoD1 is a glitch, but quickscoping on CoD2 and CoD4 is just part of the game and is legal.
