Romanian GFX Requests Until August 2011.

I have been getting requests for gfx from quite a few people, and I'd like to explain why I'm either declining them or taking forever to fulfill them:

Reasons:

1. School has started and I have a lot of homework.

2. I have an art class at school, and my teacher really likes my photoshop art, so he's keeping me busy with that. He assigned a shading assignment of a flower, I asked if I could do it on the computer. He scoffed and said, "Sure, if you can actually do a decent job with it, I'll even give you extra credits for it." So, I took the paper home, scanned it, and opened it up in Photoshop. Let's just say that when I turned it in, he almost died, and I quote, "OH MY GOD!!!!"

3. Some of the people at school have found out of my photoshopping and have seen my Facebook pictures. They are requesting that I edit their pictures in similar ways. I am even getting requests for flyers and invitations and such.

4. The yearbook teacher found out that I'm handy with Photoshop, and his yearbook class this year isn't all that tech savvy. He asked me to make the cover of the yearbook for him, even though I'm not in the yearbook class.

5. ...do you really need more?

So, I apologize if I'm extremely slow on requests; I have my reasons...

i got photoshop on our odyssey compouters, *totally legal* and ive had to make the headings for the worksheets etc, and i would for my comp class, but truthfully, i can teach a better class then him...

Haha. I also have computer class this year. My idiot teacher tried to help out a student in Microsoft Word with their spacing. He spent, literally, 15 minutes trying to figure it out. I kept telling him, "Go to Formatting > Paragraph and do it from there." he told me to shut up and sit down. In the end he gave up his google search and did it my way.

We have official microsoft office books ...... sad isnt it, he worked in the computer field 10 yrs ago.....TEN YEARS AGO, and we started with 30 students, now we have 12.....

Yeah we have those text books too. So annoying.

Haha, sounds like fun classes. Strangely, I too, am making a planner and directory cover (yet unlike yours, our school just requires one made out of clip art, haha) and my teacher loves all my work. Yet she is incredibly cranky, because I think she has carpletunel (however you spell it) in her smoking hand, so she yells at the students a lot

yeah, we have word, PowerPoint, and excel textbooks. And keyboarding. Now, 77 wpm may not seem fast, but sadly, I hold my classes and so far our years fastest typist with that speed

that is one of our practice links to help us practice keyboarding. Personally, I've never tried this one cause I usually stick to typing games. But if you do that one for 1 minute and select your topic, you will find out your words per minute (wpm)

My school, for typing we use gwam. Last class I hit 67 gwam.
