Recruits:
1. Must be active both on the forums and the server while in the Recruitment process.

2. All Recruits Will be allowed one (1) "Get Out of Jail Free Card(gojfc)" on the rules with limitations.
2a. If the Rct has used the "gojfc" and is caught breaking the rules again his application will be denied.
2b. Any Recruit caught Servilely breaking the rules will have their application denied.

3.
Any Recruit who has their application denied will get a detailed report
on the reason why and have a chance to appeal it if they so choose.

4.
Any Recruit that is going to be away for a period of time must make a
post saying so. At that time your application will be tabled for six
(6) months from the date of the post.

5. Any Recruit that goes
away for a period of time with out making a post. Will have there
application tabled for two (2) weeks form their last post on the
forums. After the 2 weeks are up the application will be discarded and
the Recruit must reapply.

6. Your application will be reviewed and voted on by the Board of Recruit Overseers See the Recruitment process for more information.


Recruitment process:
All Recruits must be active on both the server and the forums during the Rct process.

1. All recruits will remain recruits for a minimum of one week or a maximum of a fortnight.

2. They will not be promoted until approved by the "Board of Recruit Overseers" and allowed to put on pvt tags.

3. If no decision is made on the viability of the Recruit during the 2 weeks by the "Board of Recruit Overseers" then said recruit will gain the rank of Pvt automatically.


Just a side note since we have been getting so many questions on it:
- Yes, there is a promotion system.
- No, you can not see it as a Recruit.
- There is another section of the forums you can not see until you are given member status
