Quick render?

hey guys,
can some one take all the fuzzy stuff away and the black around the edges. I need it to look like an actual ambulance:D
There is a random black line on right...can someone get rid of that? If you just want to save it as a gimp file its fine, takes long to load though. JPEG is fine also

Ani, you're an angel... thanks for asking for the original. I was about to ask before I saw your post.

I'll have you know that this was a big pain in the south end to render... it's hard to pick out what's what when the picture quality is bad.
