| Okay, I've had this virus for a while (I've given up with it..) But now I really want to get rid of it. I've tried reformatting.. at least 50 times, literally, and it's STILL here. And, it's on every computer in the house, mine, and both my parents' laptops... Idk if it's leached onto our network or something, I have no idea, I REALLY need help guys... Some symptoms: -Redirects every google link.. -Doesn't allow installation of AntiVirus.. -After reformat, some user settings are changed from the default.. -The little wont go away! HELP! PL0X! | |

| Bane, you may need to wipe your hard drive completley, thats different than reformatting, thats the only thing i can see fixing it | |

| Night, I reformatted, and I said it doesn't let me install AntiVirus, and I used to have AVG.
Dev, how do I do that? Take a magnet to it? LOL.

That's a reformat... which is what I did at least 50 times... and that's what I think Dev is talking about to, I wipe my computer and install XP again. And I tried Avast too..

| You dont need the original OS CD, wiping the hard drive doesn't do that and Bane, what you do is you shut your computer down, and when you see that blue screen that comes up and gives you options like press F11 for system settings and all that hit the F10 or F11 option | |

| Rune, I've used it, it always detects and deletes something, even after I just had. I've scanned like a hundred times, reformatted, still there.
And apparently, Dev. xP

| You may just have to completely wipe your HDD then. I can't find any info on this virus. | |

| Its either wipe his hard drive and have to re-install everything or you could try system recovery first, and see if that works | |
