Romeo & Health Problems.

My mom hasn't been feeling too well. She's been getting sharp pains in her chest. She went to the doctor and he said that one of the arteries leaving the heart contracts and the blood can't flow through it as easily. She's on 3 different medications for now, but sometimes they work, sometimes they don't.

I will be on and off these days. This Sunday I'll be gone to the funeral of a friend of mine.

If I do get on and play, I apologize if I suddenly leave. All that means is that I jumped from my chair and ran downstairs to help my mom.

I pray that she gets better.

And the thing is I'm actually pretty smart
The problem is your mom has too much LDL cholesterol (clogging stuff), and prob not enough HDL cholesterol (good cholesterol that keeps ur blood cells from freezing or overheating the membrane)
Too many triglycerides can cause an increase in both, Eating too many saturated fats can increase LDL, but keep HDL at the same level, AVOID TRANS FATS AT ALL COSTS: it raises LDL and lowers HDL, more monounsaturated fats (natural oils such as olive or canola) can help increase HDL but keep LDL at its level, Polyglycerides will cause a decrease in LDL, but keep the HDL level the same, Smoking and Alcohol show a significant increase in LDL, and a more fibrous diet will help raise HDL.

Also, too much stress or sleep deprivation, and smoking or alcohol can cause high blood pressure, which will cause the arteries to become more brittle and less flexible, letting a rupture become more plausible

My mom's problem is mostly based on stress. Certain family matters in Europe which I choose not to discuss with just anyone. (maybe Kyle... I've known him for a while)

Anyway. We went to the park today on an all-day picnic (like the one I posted on Facebook a few weeks ago) and she seems to be feeling a lot better. The medication is helping out. Minor problems, but I'm still worried.

My school schedule got messed up a bit and I have just under 3 weeks to fix it or else my Junior year in high school will be crap.

When it rains, it pours... and right now I'm "soaked".

Kyle, PM me the request. It might distract me for a bit.
