Servers not showing Empty

Can someone please tell me why when i hit refresh the list of server only a few come up but a lot of the rifles server including ownt servers doesn't pop up! Its starting to frustrate me cuz I cant go into Ownt server. Its been like that like a week already. Any suggestions?

Or your filters might be set wrong. Make sure mods is set to "all"
