Unfortunately, I am starting a new clan on Call of Duty 1.5 with the same person I ran bTk with.
This works out great because I actually know him in real life.

I know there isn't double-clanning but I don't want to quit Ownt because I will be playing on 1.5.
Can I stay in Ownt 1.3, and start a clan in 1.5?

Yes you may,

We set that specifically when we opened the 1.5 branch due to some members being in clans on 1.5. I don't belive you are on the 1.5 memberlist, But i will check and remove you if you are.
