| Good Morning everyone,
OK myself and the other officers have been considering this for sometime now and we think this is a good idea.
As of today December 1st, 2010 at 12:00:00pm Est the Board of Recruiters (BoR) will be the Board of Review (BoR)
With these changes there will be changes to the BoR Bylaws.
I will post these changes now:
Section one (1) and two (2) Will remain the same. However there is now a Section three (3).
Section (3) reads as follows:

About:
The the Review Process allows the BoR to bring any member at any time under review for possible termination or disciplinary action from the
Clan depending on the situation. Major situations will fall to the leaders to decide on proper action to be taken.
Section 3: Bylaws
1. Any member my be brought under review at any time.
1a. In order for a member to be brought under review a minimum of three (3) BoR members must agree that they want the review.
1b. Once three (3) BoR members have agreement to the review.
1c. The matter will then be brought to a leader for a sign off and the leader will open a post on the member.
2. Once the post is opened. Depending on the situation the Member may or may not be informed of the ongoing review.
2a. Notification to the member will be depending on the reason for the review to beguin with.
3. When a post is opened It will have the following information attached
Section 3: Termination:
1. In order for a termination from the clan 100% of the board must agree.
1a. Any board member that is away, will be notified by: Email, and PM of the ongoing poll.
1b. Any board member who has not commented on the termination review one (1) week after notification as laid forth in Section 3 chapter 1a will be considered inactive at that time and their vote will not be a qualifying vote.
Section 3: Disciplinary Action:
1. In order for Disciplinary action to be taken 75% of the board must agree.
1a. Any board member that is away, will be notified by: Email, and PM of the ongoing poll.
1b. Any board member who has not commented on the termination review one (1) week after notification as laid forth in Section 3 chapter 1a will be considered inactive at that time and their vote will not be a qualifying vote.
2. Disciplinary action will be decided before the start of the Post and will be apart of the voting.
2a. If a change is decided then the current review will be closed and a new on will be opened.

I do my best Personally on most things I don't think It should be left to one person. That sort of seems like a monopoly to me so I figure if it has to go through a few different people then its a little more legit | |
