Ok Bunny,
I hope you don't make me regret this. Since I know how some of my admins feel about your banning. I am going to unban you under several conditions.

1. You read our rules; you can find them on out homepage.
You will see they are broken into 5 sections.
Read Sections [2][3] and [5].
Then copy those sections and paste them here.

2. You do not display any binds with language in them or any recruitment binds.

3. Keep your nose clean,
My admins will be watching and from here on out you will be on a no warn policy. Which means that they will not need to warn you, if you break the terms of this agreement you can and will be banned on sight and that ban will not be rescinded.

So if you want to be unbanned do what I said above. I'll unban you as soon as I get a chance after you reply with what I asked.

Vixen, I would leave it unlifted for a bit so he can some time thinking about what he did.

It's not my decision though. It's your guys.

MY theroy behind these is the following.

He said he was sorry so I give him a 2nd chance. If he goes and blows this one then he was not sorry and therefore no longer needs to be on any of my servers.

Now if he was sorry and is being sincere then we will never have to hear about him again. It's as simple as that.

Hopefully B3 we'll keep him straightened, you should keep a eye on the log when he comes and goes.

All rules apply to The forums and the Servers
As Members and Recruits Your responsibilities are...

* Follow and help to maintain server rules.

* Respect your fellow clan members and Respect your admins.

* Check forums once a week if not more often.

* Members are encouraged have X-fire logged on while playing.

* Members must wear tags with their rank when playing on the Ownt server.
The only exception to this is for admins.

* Post a leaving notice if you are leaving the clan.

* Post a Notice if you are going to be gone for a long period of time.

* We ask all of our members to lead by example. That means following the
rules and helping to enforce the rules. Breaking and or abusing these
rules can lead to removal from the clan and up to banning for extreme
cases.

The big rules are as follows

* No Foul Language - this does include abbreviations.

* Respect ALL Your Fellow Players.
(This doesn't mean we cant have a little friendly arguments xD)

* No Hacking (None at all! for any reason.)

* No Glitching (Rapid Fire, Run-scoping, ETC)

* NO RECRUITING FOR OTHER CLANS

ANYONE CAUGHT DOING ANYTHING AGAINST RULES
WILL RISK DISCIPLINARY ACTION

With the exception of hacking.
If you are caught hacking you will be
Banned from the Servers and Forums immediately!
WITH NO SECOND CHANCES!

**Binds**

* No displaying binds on any Ownt server that directs players to another clans website

* This will be treated as recruiting and may equal a Ban

* If you must bind websites to a key it is advised to bind it to a "F" key
Therefore you don't accidentally hit it while typing when u forget the "T"

**Names**

* No copying a Ownt member or Admins name. These will be treated as a ban.

* No intentionally setting your name to a name that says visit/join our website.

Ok I will unban you.

Just keep your nose clean. I will also merge and lock your unban request.
