| This just now started. When ever i try to play COD and error message comes up and says 166 sound files missing or in bad format.
Help? | |

| Uhm...try deleting the zzz-hob1.pk3 file. | |

servercache.exe is a file for multiplayer information. nothing to do with sound. | |

| let me ask this. Does sound work at all on your computer right now? Can you play a sound media file in your media player?
If you can it's CoD
If you can't its your sound card. | |

I played with no sound on my very old computer when it first came out I was mad cause I didn't know there was no sound, but you can play without it, cause I've done it before. | |

His issue is that CoD won't start. Since it is not reading a driver.
Can't play CoD if you can't even load CoD..lol | |

I havent got a chance to do anything yet (too much snow and school interfering) but i will get to today If i have any problems ill get someone on Xfire. I has a snowday today | |
