Fantasy Football?

I know someone suggested it last year, but we should start a fantasy football league here. Be pretty fun, kow we got a lot of competitive people who like football.

aight, we need at least 6 to make a good league...

I'm in. I'll be juggling two leagues, but I'm in.

I'll set it up because I'm already setting up another league for another group of friends.

if we do this this is how its gonna look

ESPN

draft sometime around the third pre-season game (the injury bug sucks you dont wanna get bit)

It's gonna be a ten person league... meaning if we arent able to fill all the positions we will get a few random people that join in.

It will be a snake type draft meaning that we will draft in a random order of 1-10 then for the next round 10-1 and etc. etc. etc.

basic scoring system meaning lots of emphasis on TD's instead of yards....... a 100 yard reciever with no touchdowns will get only about 8-10 points..... a reciever with 70 yards and a touchdown will prolly get 10-12 points

trades will be allowed up to a certain deadline

waiver wire will be active all season long with the team in last place getting first choice of free agents

top 4 teams are in playoffs which are resolved in two week games instead of the traditional one..... meaning if your team has a random terrible game in the playoffs you can still get back in it

Ok looks like were getting enough people the 3rd presesaon weekend is the 26th-29th so anytime during that week most likely at night so starting the 29th post dates that you will be available. Me I will be available up till thursday night.

i move in on the 27th-28th weekend, so that won't work for me.. and i can only hope i will have the wireless to do it.

if u read my post i said the week after it....... like i mentioned earlier starters will be playing the most during that third pre-season game which means a greater risk for injury thats why i want to wait until after it and do it during the week..... not weekend

This would be my first time doing something like this, so whenever is okay for me as long as I am not online past 10:30p.m. Sunday-Thursday
