The default screen-shot button for cod is the F12 key.
To check this.. go to... Launch "Call of Duty multiplayer" ---> Select "Options" ---> Go to "Interact" ---> Complete the following:

If your using xfire, the default is scroll lock S (I think..)

To check this.. go to... Launch "Xfire" ---> Select "Tools" ---> Go to "Options" ---> Complete the following:
