Sniper Elite V2 is based entirely on sniping. And I've never played medal of honor, but as for call of duty sniping, then yes it is better.

Same with me then in that case you may like the game because it offers alot of real bullet effects. In this video it gives good information on the game and what its based on.

i think you're referring to the Coriolis effect, which is just a fancy way of saying, a long distance shot, Earth's rotation can affect the bullets trajectory
