So I finally got my COD4 to work and I'm on patch like 1.7.568 but there are only about 40 servers showing and for everyone I have around 200 ping. I really don't think it's my internet cause I'm getting around 26 mbps from Comcast and I know for a fact its not my computer.... any ideas?

Did you check the filters? Also, is anyone in the house streaming video?

No one was streaming videos and I reset the filters to default

Are you connected to your modem/router wireless or wired? If wired try running a speed test to make sure it's not your connection speed, if wireless you're probably getting interference from other electronic devices
