Reqruitment Process

Recruits:
Section 1

1. Try to be as active as possible both on the forums and the server while in the Recruitment process.

2. All Recruits will be allowed one (1) "Get out of Jail Free Card (gojfc)" on the rules with limitations.
2a. if the recruit has used the "gojfc" and is caught breaking the rules again his application will be denied.
2b. any Recruit caught severely breaking the rules will have their application denied.

3. Any Recruit who has their application denied will get a detailed report on the reason why and have a chance to appeal it if they so choose.

4. Any Recruit that is going to be away for a period of time must make a post saying so. At that time your application will be tabled for six (6) months from the date of the post.

5. Any Recruit that goes away for a period of time without making a post. Will have their application tabled for two (2) weeks form their last post on the forums. After the 2 weeks are up the application will be discarded and the Recruit must reapply.

6. Your application will be reviewed and voted on by the Board of Recruit Overseers See the Recruitment process for more information.

7. Applicants must have X-Fire, and must add their recruiter or at minimum one senior admin.

Recruitment process:
Section 2

1. All recruits will remain recruits for a minimum of two weeks.

2. No Poll will be created for a new recruit until one (1) week into his recruitment process.

3. At the end of the first week a Poll will be opened. And Board members can start voting.
3a. at the end of the two weeks the recruit will either be accepted or denied depending on the poll.
3b. a minimum of 5 votes from the board will be required in order for an application to be closed.
3c. The Poll will remain open until the 5 votes are met. Majority will be the deciding factor.

4. They will not be promoted to Pvt until approved by the "Board of Recruit Overseers" and allowed to put on pvt tags.

5. A General can override the board decision if they have evidence that meets the criteria set forth in the Board of Recruiter By-Laws Section 2 chapter 2 & subsequent sub chapters under chapter 2.

Recruiter Policies:
Section 3

1. The recruiter (if any) will ensure the applicant creates a forum account under his/her in game name.

2. The recruiter (if any) will inform the applicant of the recruitment process.

3. The recruiter (if any) will ensure the applicant properly and completely fills out the application.
3a. if the applicant fails to accurately and completely fill the application out, it will automatically be denied and deleted. The applicant will have to start over.
3b. the recruiter/ or a senior admin must and will advise the applicant of the faults in the application via PM or through X-Fire.

4. In the case of a denied application, the recruiter/ senior admin, must and will explain why their application was denied.


5. Recruiters/ senior admins must follow these guide lines.

6. Recruiters/ senior admins please post a link to the clan rules when responding to an application.





Just a side note since we have been getting so many questions on it:
- Yes, there is a promotion system you cannot apply for promos as a rct.
- No, you cannot see it as a Recruit.
- There is another section of the forums you cannot see until you are given member status
So be patient
Important Notes About the Applying:
1. You are only considered double clanning if you are in another clan on the same patch.
Example: If you are in 82nd you could Join the 1.5 Ownt division but not the 1.3.
So therefore you cannot wear Ownt tags on 1.3 if you were in 82nd, and vise versa if you were in a different 1.5 clan you could join the Ownt 1.3 sector.

2. ALL applications must be filled out completely and uncompleted applications will be ignored.

3. All applicants must be 13 years of age or older. This is a COPPA rule not an Ownt rule.
