| When I launch CoD2, I see the CoD2 logo, stare at a black screen for about 10-15 seconds, then the menu comes up and I can play. I don't know what causes this. I don't think CoD2 has the servercache problem CoD1 has. | |

| My guess is, you guys have settings in your cfg's to bypass the Intro's? The game may not know what to do, or may ushally use the intro's to load the actual game so now your stuck looking at the screen while the game loads. | |

| Kyle, that might be it. I'll try turning the intro back on. It's faster to click through it anyway. | |

| It's the same thing with or without the intro. It's ok though, only a few seconds to wait. | |

| Vix is right Ghost. At least you can still play CoD2. You could be in the situation I'm in and be missing the install disk for the hard copy of the game and too broke to purchase a new copy and not able to play at all. | |

| Well put, m'boy! Well put...
Be thankful you actually have a working CoD2! I would even wait 5 minutes for it to load if I had to. It's a great game!
However, if anyone does have a solution to this, do tell.. | |
